SynJet® Fanless Air Cooling technology provides the most reliable active cooling solution available today. The STPMS-CM005 is a SynJet cooling module developed by Nuventix specifically for cooling a heat source that is at least 1cm2. The Top Mount chip cooler comes in 4 models, each optimized to meet requirements from High Performance (20W) to Silent Acoustics (10W).
