The SynJet® ZFlow 87 and Spotlight LED Cooler 47W LED Heatsink is the quietest solution for retail and commercial recessed downlight and tracklight form factors. It is designed to enable small, lightweight, cost-effective designs. This product cools up to 63W (ΔT = 40°C) of thermal power in a 104 mm height and an 87 mm diameter. It is available with a 5V or 12V DC input with the choice of Level Select or PWM control. Acoustic settings range from 19 to 27 dBA.

The luminaire shown is a reference design capable of delivering over 4000 lumens. It showcases how a SynJet® LED Cooler and LED Heatsink can be designed into a luminaire to maximize the thermal and lumen output while maintaining a striking elegant design and is meant to be used a starting point for new designs. This reference design is available in a 3D CAD file that can be downloaded below. It can then be modified to personal taste. Care should be taken during the modification to maintain the thermal performance. The key parameters to maintain are the size of the back cover, the size of area of exposed heatsink, and not obstructing the airflow from the SynJet to the LED Heatsink and then out to the ambient air. Thanks to SynJet® Cooling the design is orientation independent and can be used aiming up, down, or sideways.
