Overview
This solution was developed for chip cooling. The XFlow 30 Cooler 40W High Performance solution is 112mm x 50mm x 30mm (L x W x H) cooling up to 40 watts. It is designed to enable small designs and with a high ambient temperature rating of 75°C is ideal for rugged and non-rugged environments. It is available with 5V or 12V DC Input, PWM control, and acoustic settings up to 38 dBA.
