Overview
This solution was developed for chip cooling. The XFlow 30 Cooler 25W Standard solution is 112mm x 50mm x 30mm (L x W x H) cooling up to 25 watts. It is designed to enable small designs and with a high ambient temperature rating of 85°C is ideal for rugged and non-rugged environments. It is available with 5V or 12V DC Input, PWM control, and acoustic settings up to 25 dBA.
