EBV Elektronik, an Avnet (NYSE: AVT) company and Nuventix, Inc., today announced an EMEA "buy-sell distribution agreement". EBV Elektronik will distribute Nuventix' full line of cooling solutions designed for use with solid-state lighting products, high-performance CPUs, ASICs, FPGAs and microelectronics.
