Job Description
Job Description: We seek a talent loaded BSME/MSME with a strong desire to design and learn. Above all, we hire intelligence and attitude. We are ready and able to mentor and grow the right candidate. The Mechanical Engineer will be part of a team responsible for development of advanced cooling solutions for electronics. Primary focus will be designing complex molded plastic components and assemblies, and electro-mechanical devices. Design work will also include machined components, and sheet metal parts. You will be involved from initial design concepts, final design and documentation, through high-volume production release. You will have an opportunity to work on a new unique and patented technology, applied to a wide range of electronics cooling applications. We are seeking a mechanical engineer who will thrive in a fast paced, engineering environment. Candidates must have experience designing complex injection molded plastic parts. Must be a fast learner of new technologies. Demonstrated inventiveness and creativity are of paramount importance. Innovation is key to our business. Must be detail oriented and be able to generate complete production ready designs.

Key Responsibilities:-Create complex molded plastic components
-Design components and subassemblies of products, develop drawings and documentation.
-Produce CAD model images and preliminary drawings for concept presentations.
-Develop and maintain accurate 3D CAD models and drawings for components and assemblies.
-Design of assemblies using operations such as ultrasonic welding, heat staking, snap fits, marking and labeling.
Requirements:-BS/MS degree in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
-Top notch 3D CAD modeling skills are absolutely required. SolidWorks experience is strongly preferred, but outstanding candidates with superior ProE capabilities will be considered.
-Experience designing molded plastic components.
-Knowledge and experience in plastic assembly techniques: ultrasonic welding, bonding, snap fits
-Experience producing drawings
-Knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing.
-Good understanding of manufacturing processes used in high-volume, low-cost manufacturing
-Good communication skills
